Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 07 August 2026

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all registrations, examination fees, and other payments made to Konnekt IQ Labs for its Olympiad and educational programmes.

1. General No-Refund Policy

All registration and examination fees paid to Konnekt IQ Labs are non-refundable and non-transferable once the registration has been successfully completed.

No refund will be provided for reasons including:

Change of mind after registration
Student's absence from the examination
Student's inability to attend the examination
Personal or academic reasons
Change in school, class, or examination preference
Failure to appear for the examination
Incorrect information provided during registration
Technical issues on the participant's side
Late requests for cancellation
Any other reason not directly attributable to Konnekt IQ Labs

2. Exception – Failure to Conduct the Examination

A refund may be provided only if Konnekt IQ Labs fails to conduct the scheduled examination and does not provide a reasonable alternative examination date or arrangement.

If the examination is cancelled or cannot be conducted due to circumstances attributable to Konnekt IQ Labs, the organisation may:

Reschedule the examination; or
Provide an alternative examination arrangement; or
Where no reasonable alternative is provided, issue a refund of the applicable examination fee.

3. Examination Postponement

Postponement of an examination does not automatically qualify participants for a refund.

If a new examination date is announced, the existing registration will ordinarily remain valid for the rescheduled examination.

4. School-Based Registrations

Where registrations are collected through participating schools or authorised school coordinators, refund requests should normally be communicated through the respective school or coordinator.

The same no-refund policy applies to school-based registrations.

5. Duplicate Payments

If a participant or school makes a genuine duplicate payment for the same registration due to a payment or technical error, the case may be reviewed by Konnekt IQ Labs.

Any refund in such circumstances will be subject to verification of the transaction.

6. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved under this Policy, Konnekt IQ Labs will initiate the refund within a reasonable period after verification.

The actual time taken for the amount to reflect in the participant's account may depend on the relevant bank or payment service provider.

7. How to Request a Refund

For cases that qualify under this Policy, the refund request should include:

Student/Participant Name
Registration Number
School Name
Payment Transaction/Reference Number
Registered Mobile Number
Reason for the Refund Request
Supporting Payment Information, if applicable

8. Final Decision

Konnekt IQ Labs reserves the right to verify every refund request and determine whether it falls within the scope of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Except for the specific exception stated under "Failure to Conduct the Examination", examination and registration fees will not be refunded.

9. Changes to This Policy

Konnekt IQ Labs may modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any updated version will be published on this website with the revised effective date.
